TEKHNÉ Sound Sessions

I took part in a residency, exhibition and review of young sound art creators in Szczecin, organized by TRAFO – Centre for Contemporary Art.

The Young Wolves Festival has been organized since 2014 by the Academy of Art in Szczecin. It is one of the most important young art festivals in Poland, organized through an open call. From among the submitted projects, the Jury selects individuals or artistic collectives (studying at art schools in the country) who present their projects in a group exhibition as part of the Festival.

The jury committee: Caroline Profanter (Qo2 Belgium), Jan Rohlf (CTM Festival Berlin), Antoni Michnik (Kwartalnik Konteksty, Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences), Zorka Wollny and Łukasz Jastrubczak.

At the festival, I presented my own sound installation “Swamp 4: The Quagmires of Power”, and also took part in a collective improvisation, where I played the Shakuhachi flute and sang.
